A top to bottom rehab of a 1970's "tear down" in a charming equestrian community, our "horse country modern" project is an airy, earthy family home. Full of natural materials that play off the home's original 70's lavastone with an indoor-outdoor vibe, this dogtrot style house was home to Lauren and her family for three years before they flipped it.
