We took this early 90s family lake home down to the studs, rebuilding it with clean details reminiscent of the surrounding water like cable railings, nickel board walls, and river rock flooring. Designed with kids in mind, we designed a crow’s nest in the great room to serve as a hideaway for books and toys to be accessed via ladder. This home is intentionally fun, easy, and laid-back with furnishings and finishes that stand up to the inevitable wear of lake living. Featured in Washingtonian Magazine and Home & Design Magazine.
